In order to comply
with Government advice we have made the following changes.
Therapists will stay aware of their responsibility to be
vigilant when it comes to their health and not expose themselves or you to unnecessary
risk.
They will wear mask/visor at all times when interacting with clients and
also disposable aprons and gloves where appropriate
We now have an appointment system only no drop ins
Consultation form to be sent via email to restrict pens and
paper use so we will require client email addresses
Minimum of 30 minutes between each client to avoid
crossovers in corridors and to leave enough time to thoroughly sanitise and air the rooms
As per usual all couch covering to be changed for every
client and washed at a high temperature
Therapist will escort
clients safely to the exit when treatment is finished
We ask that you
Cancel your appointment if feeling at all unwell with covid
type symptoms
Enter straight in to the therapy room at treatment start
time, no waiting anywhere in the hotel or leisure club Lounge area is permitted
On arrival clients will be asked to sanitise or wash hands and again before leaving
the therapy room
Please bring your own hand towel or paper towels for hand
drying
Also please make sure you have some water with you for after
your treatment
Tissues will be at hand for clients if needed
You may wear a mask but it’s not compulsory especially when
face down on the couch
Clients are advised
to use their own toilet before arrival as the Leisure Club toilets are not open
